Front desk clerk. Very nice young man. He deserves a big raise. I was here attending the U.S. National championship of model airplanes at the University & he found me the perfect location of a room.

I waited 45 minutes to get checked in at 10 pm and then they put me right next to two families with small children who were hanging outside with the doors open the tv blaring and the kids running around screaming. The mattress was nothing but a pad on a metal frame

I think if you're looking for a place to sleep and maybe clean up, this isn't a bad option, provided you couldn't find a better alternative elsewhere. The staff are doing their best, and they are kind and helpful about it, but they're not given much to work with. So too, the cleaning staff do their best, but these facilities are old, cold, and smelling slightly of mold.
